CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (CLE)

NY CLE: Executive Enterprise Institute has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York for the period of January 1, 2004 - December 31, 2006. These courses are worth a maximum of 16.5 credit hours for the SEC Annual conference, 8 for the MD&A workshop and 12.0 for Stock-Based Compensation, all of which can be applied towards the professional practice requirement. (These courses are not approved for transitional credits).

CA CLE: These activities have been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 13.75 credit hours for the SEC Annual conference, 6.75 for the MD&A workshop and 10.25 for Stock-Based Compensation. Executive Enterprise Institute certifies that these activities conform to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing Minimum Continuing Legal Education.
