• • • • • • CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (CLE) NY CLE: Executive Enterprise Institute has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York for the period of January 1, 2004 - December 31, 2006. Application for renewal of Accredited Provider status has been timely filed and is currently pending. These courses are worth a maximum of 16 credit hours for the EEI's SEC course and 16 credit hours for the EEI's Advanced SEC course, all of which can be applied towards the professional practice requirement. (These courses are not approved for transitional credits).
